“User-Generated Content” or UGC includes anything you share, tag, or upload to Lumivras Platforms—such as your name, username, photos, videos, captions, reviews, artwork, and likeness.

• Your content does not break any laws or infringe on any rights (copyright, trademarks, privacy, etc.).

4. Waiver of Rights

You (and any other rights holders) permanently waive any “moral rights” related to your UGC as it relates to Lumivras’ use.

5. Privacy & Data

Any personal information in your UGC will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and this UGC Policy.

6. Liability & Indemnity

You agree to protect and indemnify Lumivras from any claims, costs, or legal issues arising from our use of your UGC.

7. Policy Updates

We may update this policy at any time. If you continue tagging or uploading UGC after changes are posted, you agree to the updated terms.
