We understand plans can change. If you need to amend or cancel an in-store service (such as a fitting), please visit Track My Order to reschedule or cancel your booking.
Receipts – Missing or Incorrect E-Receipt
If you haven’t received your e-receipt, or if you received one in error, please contact our support team with your order number so we can assist you promptly.
Click & Collect
How Long Will My Order Be Held?
Click & Collect orders are held for 7 days once they’re ready for pickup. If not collected, your order will be refunded and restocked. SMS reminders will be sent if you provided a mobile number at checkout.
When Will My Order Be Ready?
Your confirmation email will show the estimated collection date. You’ll also receive an email and SMS once it’s ready. If earlier, our team may contact you directly.
Can Someone Else Collect My Order?
Yes. A friend or family member can collect your order with a copy of the confirmation email and valid photo ID that matches the order name.
Bike Orders & Assembled Bikes
Bike orders may take longer if assembly is required. You’ll be notified once your bike is fully assembled and safety-checked.

How Do I Apply?
You can apply for flexible finance options directly at checkout. Choose your preferred plan (6, 12, 24, 36, or 48 months) through our partner Klarna.
Klarna Eligibility
Eligibility depends on your credit history, order value, and personal details. Klarna will run a soft credit check and notify you if approved.
Cancelling an Order Paid with Klarna
If you cancel, your finance plan will be stopped, and any installments paid will be refunded per Klarna’s policy.

LumiVras Gift Cards – FAQs
Our gift cards can be used online or in-store. They are non-refundable, non-transferable, and never expire.
Checking Your Balance
You can check your balance online using our Gift Card Checker or ask in-store.
Using Gift Cards with Discounts
LumiVras gift cards can be combined with Trade discounts and selected promotions. They cannot be used with all voucher schemes.
Accepted Vouchers
Currently, we do not accept paper vouchers or third-party gift cards (such as One4All or Love2Shop).

At this time, LumiVras only delivers within the United States.
Bike Deliveries
Bikes are usually shipped partially assembled in a box. Assembly instructions are included. Fully assembled delivery may be available in select regions.

Returns & Refunds
How Do I Return an Item?
Visit our Returns Center online to initiate a return. Proof of purchase is required, and returns must meet our return policy criteria.
Amending or Cancelling an Order
If your order hasn’t been processed, you can amend or cancel it via Track My Order. Store bookings or services can be changed up to 24 hours in advance.
