1. Cancellation Policy
Before Shipping

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement by contacting our customer support.

If your order has not yet shipped, you will receive a full refund.
After Shipping

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

You may still initiate a return after delivery (see Return Policy below).
Custom Orders

Custom-built cycles or personalized items cannot be canceled or returned, unless they arrive defective or damaged.
2. Return & Refund Policy

Refunds

3. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos and order details, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund promptly.
